When a night is so deep and there
something happen that awakes you and you find out that you have a bruise. This
kind of illness is very common to the men that occur when a blood vessel
damaged around its tissues. Some doctors called it as trauma or other called it
contusions. This traumatic incident in your tissues maybe it caused by the so
much hit in the table or anything solid in your body.
Those men suffered in this bruise
don’t have to worry because the bruise will heal about 10-14 days. From the purplish
to yellowish blue it changes through time that the scavenger or also called
white blood cells try to repair and break the damage cells ruptured in that
incident. If the healing process in your blood is almost complete, it turns to greenish
maroon. While the recovery takes place, try to do something to make it fast
recovery and to lessen the pain you feel. There are some remedies that will
give you a relied and warning in the future to make you reminded to take away
from the bruise.
Cooling it down. To stop and
damaged in your blood vessel, try to apply ice and compress it, the sooner you
apply after the incident, the better it will give you relief and cannot do more
damages in the future. Place some ice to the damage area about 10 -15 minutes.
Loading it off. If you take more damage, then it’s advisable to
have rest on the injury you gain. It is better to rest the injury so that it
will not give you uncomfortable feelings.
Heating it up. If the repairing process begun and the bleeding stop
about 24 hours, switch the ice to heat packs to reduce some spasms. The
lukewarm compresses could be applied also about an hour in 3x to 4x a day to
help the muscle relax from its traumatic experience.
The hypoallergenic moisturizer. It comes to a certain part where your
affected area gets dry because of the healing process, so Its better use an
emollient most preferably the hypoallergenic to give some smooth and calm the
damage area. Use a lotion that is coming from the freezer so that it can give
you more cooling experience in the tender and hot skin. In the other words,
place the lotion in the freezer to make it cool every time you use.
Avoid alcohol for the main time. For the best and fast recovery,
avoid drinking alcohol that can dilate your blood vessels that will result to a
provocation of your injury.
Wear clothes not so tight. To reduce the tenderness of the bruise,
if possible wear something that is loose clothing so that It cannot give
pressure to the injury you have.
Give some open space at home. Try to decorate your furniture which
is not hazardous for you to avoid any incident that will happen to you earlier.
In short, make it open space where it is safe to move.
Put some rubber mat in your tab. To avoid some accident in the
bathroom, put some rubber mat to prevent some slipping in the shower or
bathroom areas. By this way it will decrease the tendency that you will lose
your balance in the bathroom or tabs.
