Daily exercise routine. To become in shape is not just the mean in exercise but also to help regularity as well. That’s why people who are bedridden are most vulnerable in constipation. You don’t have to have a rigid exercise but even a single walk a thon can help your regularity back in normal.

A liquid therapy. Make sure to have consumed enough liquids in your body to avoid some dehydration because it can cause a real dryness in your stool and can make you feel difficult to displace it easily.

Do not control your bowel movement. There are some people who always busy in their work forget to have a bowel movement, they try to suppress it. The more you are going to suppress your urge to bowel, the more it is hard to release in your body. The longer it stay in your body the more It will become dry and it can toxicity our body as well.

Eat Fiber every day. High fiber foods into your diet will help you to back your bowel movement in pattern. You can try also drinking enough fluids with the fiber for the better results.

WHO recommended. The World health Organization suggested in avoiding some certain constipation, try to eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day. It can help add more digestive enzymes in your digestive system to prevent some constipation and can help also to promote healthy digestion. But do eat some fruits and vegetables which are high in enzymes and fiber as well.  Those fruits and vegetables are also high in phyto-chemicals which help our cells regenerate from any damage. Aside from boosting your digestive enzymes, it will help also to reverse it back those illnesses and can repair the damage cells caused by free radicals.

Servings of grain foods every day. In addition to the World Health Organization, you can eat also 6 to 11 servings of grain foods because it contains a high fiber to promote your healthy digestion. It can prevent also constipation. Those grains like cereals, bread, green peas, potatoes and etc.
