WHO recommended. The World health Organization suggested in avoiding some certain constipation, try to eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day. It can help add more digestive enzymes in your digestive system to prevent some constipation and can help also to promote healthy digestion. But do eat some fruits and vegetables which are high in enzymes and fiber as well.  Those fruits and vegetables are also high in phyto-chemicals which help our cells regenerate from any damage. Aside from boosting your digestive enzymes, it will help also to reverse it back those illnesses and can repair the damage cells caused by free radicals.

The common problem once you have colds is headache accompanied with stuffy nose. Sometimes you will feel also drowsiness and even muscles aches. Most people can identify if there are attacking by the virus because it is resulted to common colds.

If you don’t know what is colds, it is the respiratory infections caused by virus not just one but hundreds of viruses. The viruses inside our body cannot kill by any over-the-counter drugs but it depends in our body defense system called immune system. If you have strong immune system, you can easily relieve by this condition. That’s why, most people if they have colds, they usually drink or eat fruits and vegetables which high in vitamin C.

Basically, viruses attack the mucous layer of our nose and even throat and they will append to the cells there. Gargle with hot salt water. If you have cold, try to gargle with hot salt water because it helps to loosen the mucus and soothing the inflammation of your tissues and salt water is the best astringent.

Eat foods which high in Vitamin C.  It is recommended that if you have cold, much better to eat a fruit which is high in vitamin C because it helps the immune system to become stronger in fighting the viruses. It can boost the defense system in our body and it can speed it up our healing process.

If you are the kind of person who  always smell something bad about your feet when you take off your shoes and even how much did you do to your feet just to smell it good nothings happen. You keep blaming yourself why you have that kind of athlete’s foot.
