Some people experience inflammation of a bursa and it occurs on their knees, elbow, shoulders and heel and they can feel too much pain on it and they called it Bursitis. It has lots of funny names like Baker’s Cyst, Housemaid’s Knee, Clergyman’s Knee and many more. This illness may caused by bruising, overuse and too much pressure and can be develop if you will not used to do your activity that you always you do or too much activity you do and don’t have time to relax for a while.

If it is a long time that you never visit your garden you want to try to hoeing it, you might get an acute bursitis for sure. There are some other cases that bursitis did not give you some clue and suddenly you feel pain and it hurts. However, if you started a new activity, the bursitis can easily heal and begin to withdraw. Here are some ways to assist you if you have bursitis and feel free from agony.

Just rest for a while. The pain will completely disappear if your bursitis gives a time to take a rest. Just have time to do about a couple of days or weeks. It will give a complete healing process of your joints and the pain will not back again. And bear in your mind to avoid some painful bursitis, make sure to avoid some unnecessary things that can trigger your bursitis.

Buy a new pair of shoes. Once you feel pain in your heel because of the bursitis, make sure to buy something new pair of shoes that is fitted in you. Don’t try to wear shoes that improperly fitted in you so that it will not give you uncomfortable feeling while you have bursitis.
Go for a change. If you can’t take any longer your bursitis in your elbows or knees, change something in your daily activity that will not trigger it anymore. You can wear something that will protect your elbows or even knees.
Take anti inflammation medicines. To lessen or reduce the swelling of your bursa, it’s recommended to take medicine to minimize the pain however,  and those patients have kidney complication or a high blood person must avoid taking some medicines.

An ice reliever. Putting some ice in your joint could slow down the blood stream into the area.  Try to wrap it with towel with an ice about 10-20 minutes, if your bursitis still there, do it twice a day for fast recovery.

A heat healer.  When the swelling has been done, use a heating pad to get rid of the fluids so that it will not circulation increasingly. You will not just feel good but it will help you a lot in your condition.

Act like Spiderman. To restore fast your shoulder because this is affected by bursitis, try to do some exercise like a hand crawl in the wall. However, you must observe your movement because it might give you harmful result.
