Have a break for a while. The CTS is over fatigue joints that need to be relax for some time. A right position probable for your wrists. If your work is so badly and you forgot sometimes to rest, just let your mind set to have a good position like for example if you are always facing your computer and no time to have a couple of minutes of relaxation, at least give some time to put your wrist in a neutral and comfortable position. As long as it cannot frustrate your wrist, you can prevent the numbness of your wrists and pain will no longer penetrated in you.

If you get tired and you will give time to rest your wrists, don’t lie it on the edge of the table because it can cause some pressure to your wrists and aiming some points that can be trigger by your action. Adjust some time the kind of working station that cannot give you risk in your condition. Some people don’t know their action that can bring them into agony.

Monitor your condition and take action if necessary. If you notice that there is something wrong in your wrists because it shows some signs of CTS, you must pay attention on it and start to take effect your home remedies intended in that kind of illness.

Don’t lose it or even snooze it. Some people attacked by their CTS during night time and it bothers them their sleeping time. Because of some pressure point compress on the sleeping position, that’s why the pain occurs and give some trouble while you are lying down during sleep. And because of the fluid redistributed in the body, that’s why you can feel numb, to prevent from that, make sure to change your sleeping position that no more bending or compressing of the  wrist will happen.
