The disgusting odor that we experienced starts with the uncontrollable sweat that produces by our sweat glands. Our body composes of two sweat glands and both of them produce sweat because it is made up particularly a large amount of water. The first gland called eccrine glands which are responsible for the hibernation of our body and this gland located almost every part of our body. The second gland called an apocrine gland which is responsible for producing of sweat around your armpits, nipples, and even in the groin and this gland will make you smell stinky. You will smell something disgusting because of the bacteria build up and due to the oil formation that sustain the bacteria.  In this circumstantial activity of the bacteria it started a feeding frenzy that’s why we will smell fishy and unexplainable odor. And there are some steps that recommended by the experts to gain a rosy and sweet body odor.

Clean it up. To stop and prevent body odor, the best thing to do is to wash the area where the sweat is forming to reduce or lessen the bacteria build-up and make sure to wash the area where the appocrine glands  located because some of the bacteria are forming in that area.

Wash your clothes correctly.  Once your sweat seeps deeply in your clothes, the bacteria will truly lives in it and to destroy the build-up of bacteria, after you use your clothes, wash it immediately to drive away the bacteria in your clothes and cannot give more damage to the fibers of your clothes.

The use of deodorants. In some milder cases of body odor, the deodorant can contribute a big help to lessen the smelly body. The substance of the deodorant can kill the bacteria that are actually waiting too geed when you started too sweet. The deodorant also will replace the smelly odor and replace it an acceptable scent.

The antiperspirant to the rescue. One of the best tips to control the excessive sweat is the use of antiperspirant, seeing as the smelly odor started in too much and irrepressible sweating. There is a possibility to trim down the perspiration in to 50 percent in the use of antiperspirant. You can have it in the pharmacies and this thing intended to cure some innate body function like too much perspiration. The antiperspirant lessens the production of sweat in the eccrine glands and makes you dry always. And also it will help to decrease appocrine sweat that feeds the bacteria to propagate.

Change your diet.  There are some foods that give attributes in to the amount of sweat in the body. Like garlic, hot spices, onions and beer. To feel free from any perspiration and body odor, try to change your diet. Focus on fruits and vegetables and quit also in smoking.
